1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Niral website or any service we provide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the services. Work carried out under a signed proposal or statement of work is governed by that document first; these terms fill in anything it does not cover.
2. Use License
You may view and download material from this site for your own reference. That is a licence to use the material, not a transfer of ownership, and it does not allow you to:
- Modify or republish the material
- Use it commercially or display it publicly as your own
- Reverse engineer software published on this site
- Remove copyright or ownership notices
- Mirror the material on another server
3. Services
Niral provides web development, Android and iOS app development, SaaS development, AI integration, and custom tool development. Availability varies with our capacity, and any service may be changed or discontinued. Work already commissioned under a signed proposal is not affected by a change to this list.
4. Disclaimer
Material on this site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Niral makes no warranty of any kind about it, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This disclaimer covers the website and its published material; deliverables produced under a signed engagement carry whatever warranties that agreement sets out.
5. Limitations
To the extent the law allows, Niral and its suppliers are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website — including lost data, lost profit, or business interruption — even where we were told such damage was possible. Liability for commissioned work is set by the agreement covering that work.
6. Revisions
Pages on this site may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors, and we do not warrant that everything here is accurate, complete, or current. We may change any of it at any time. Product descriptions in particular describe software still in development and will change as it ships.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Niral is established, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Where a signed agreement names a different governing law, that agreement prevails for the work it covers.
