We build software that holds up.

Web apps, mobile apps, and the internal tools a business actually runs on. Built to the standard of a much larger team, at the pace of a much smaller one.

01 What we do

Five things, done properly

We keep the list short on purpose. Each one is work we have taken from an empty repository to something people use every day, so nobody is learning on your budget.

Contact us

Web Development

Marketing sites, customer portals, and internal dashboards on Astro, Next.js, and React. We measure the result on a mid-range phone over patchy mobile data, not on a developer laptop plugged into fibre.

  • Design and build
  • Mobile first
  • Technical SEO
  • Core Web Vitals
  • CMS setup

Android & iOS App Development

Apps for both platforms, carried from the first sketch through store review and the releases that follow. We plan for the parts teams usually hit late: offline state, notifications, and a repeatable release process.

  • Android
  • iOS
  • Offline first
  • Push and deep links
  • Store releases

SaaS Development

Multi-tenant products with the unglamorous half included — accounts, roles, billing, audit trails, and the admin tooling you will need by month three. We run our own products, so we know what month three looks like.

  • Multi-tenant
  • Auth and billing
  • Cloud native
  • Observability
  • Room to grow

AI Integration

Language models pointed at specific jobs: drafting, classifying, summarising, answering from your own documents. We scope the work to what a model is genuinely reliable at, then measure whether it earned its place.

  • LLM integration
  • Retrieval over your data
  • Assistants
  • Workflow automation
  • Evaluation

Custom Tools

The software nobody sells you: the operations dashboard, the reconciliation job, the bridge between two systems that refuse to talk. Small projects, and usually the highest return per rupee we spend.

  • Automation
  • Integrations
  • APIs
  • Dashboards
  • Agents

02 Our products

What we are building for ourselves

Six products in active development. We use each one ourselves before we ask anyone else to, which is slower and produces better software. Leave an email and we will write once, when there is something worth opening.

One email when a product opens up, and nothing in between.

03 About

A small studio, on purpose

Niral takes on a handful of client projects at a time and spends the rest of its hours building products of its own.

That second half is deliberate. Running our own products means we live with the decisions most agencies hand over at launch: the migration that turns awkward at scale, the clever feature that quietly doubles support load, the query nobody profiled until the bill arrived. Those years of consequences are what we bring to client work.

We stay small because it keeps the person who wrote the code in the room when you ask about it.

We finish things

Launch day is the middle of a project, not the end of it. We stay through the first few releases, when the real bugs surface and the first real users arrive.

Speed is a feature

A budget goes on performance early or on complaints later. We profile while the code is still easy to change, and we test on the phones most people actually own.

You hear it early

If a date is slipping or an idea will not survive contact with production, we say so while there is still time to change course. No surprises in the final week.

Nothing is locked up

Repositories, infrastructure, and documentation are yours from day one. Your product should never depend on us picking up the phone.

What we reach for

  • Astro

  • React
  • React Native
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Drizzle
  • Redis
  • AWS
  • Vercel

Software rarely fails on launch day. It fails in month eight, when the only person who understood it has moved on.

04 Contact

Tell us what you are building

A paragraph is enough to start: what you are building, roughly when you need it, and the part that is proving difficult. You will get honest questions back, not a brochure.

What happens next

We read every message and reply within one working day, usually with a few questions. If we are the wrong studio for the job, we will say so and point you at someone better.

This opens your email app with the message ready to send.
